FEUPLink UK - Chartership Workshop

The event is dedicated for Alumni FEUP (community of former students of the Faculty of Engineering University of Porto, Portugal, living/studying/working in the United Kingdom), who are thinking about applying for chartered status but don’t know how to go about it.

The workshop will cover the benefits of getting chartered (potentially presented by the Engineering council representative), the chartership routes, the requirements, how to put off by the paperwork and offering tips on how to make a successful application. This is a great opportunity for the Alumi to discuss the chartership process with their respective institution. There will be an introduction by the FEUP Alumni UK Ambassador, João Alves, followed by a presentation of two Instituitons (ICE and ICheme).

After the presentations, each institute will have its own stand (where you can have information / flyers relative with chartership process), a perfect opportunity to discuss briefly the chartership process of each Alumni on a one - to - one basis.

10h00 – Registration, includes tea and coffee on arrival
10h20 – Welcome introduction by FEUP Alumni UK Ambassador (João Alves)
10:30 - Presentation from the Institution of Chemical Engineers (ICheme)
